Keena & Company has a versatile portfolio of events and meetings hosted for a variety of purposes. We recently provided décor and entertainment for a large corporate client hosting almost 2,000 people at a series of events. This event took place over four days at the Hilton Americas and the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. The events included a themed motivational rally, a country & western event featuring a music performance, a “Studio 54” themed fashion show, an Asian-themed “Karaoke Bar,” a fully produced awards show presentation, private VIP parties, and an “intimate” themed dinner for 2,000 featuring and after dinner high-tech club feel complete with lighted dance floor.

Your event is important to us, regardless of size, and we are proud to do justice to small events as well. When the Chamber of Commerce for a large urban area wanted to recognize its key membership ambassadors, we helped to organize an Appreciation Lunch for the organization’s ”movers and shakers.” Keena & Company managed the facility details, presentations, photography and arranged for personalized gifts for this important audience.

When special VIPs deserve special VIP treatment, we know how to exceed expectations. We arranged a special London trip for a group of VIPs, pampering them from start to finish. Keeping 14 VIPs happy for four days abroad was no easy task, but our staff managed the challenge in style. The London adventure began with a sit-down luncheon upon arrival, a limousine ride to the hotel, side trips to Hyde Park , the London Theater, and a special pub in Bath, England. Facilitating the group’s international air travel arrangements and smooth passage through customs was another feat worthy of recognition.
