| Keena has several decades of experience in sales and account management in event planning and coordination, and a big heart when it comes to volunteering on committees raising money for admirable causes. Throughout her career, she has been recognized by customers and senior management for her high level of service and efficiency.
Keena has served in leadership positions with a number of professional organizations including: the American Business Women's Association, the Institute of Certified Travel Agents, the Greater Houston Partnership, North Houston Greenspoint Chamber of Commerce, Meeting Planners International, and the Houston Chapter of the International Special Events Society. After 20+ years on the corporate side, she launched her own business in 2002 and was named "Rookie Entrepreneur Of the Year" by the International Special Events Society, where she's currently serving on the Board. |

| Special events management and catering are the specialties of Keena & Company's Director of Special Events, Jim Benton. As the former Associate Director of Special Events for the Houston Grand Opera, Jim has perfected many skills related to event logistics, fund raising, and project coordination. He is an active volunteer in the community who serves on several committees and boards as well as chairing fund raising events and musical performances. |

| Jason brings a unique combination of creative and organization skills to Keena & Company. Jason has extensive training at the Art Institute of Houston, and is in charge of many of the photography and graphic design projects produced by the Company. He is also heavily involved in many facets of marketing and public relations. In his off-hours, Jason is busy doing community non-profit fund raising, modeling and acting at Houston Grand Opera. |

| Bryant S. Banes serves as counsel to Keena & Company on business matters, specifically the administration of Keena & Company's government contracts. Formerly an attorney with the U. S. Department of Justice, he has extensive experience, and is a frequent author and lecturer in, the areas of government contracts, business law, consumer law, and military law. In addition, Bryant has served his country as a JAG officer in the U. S. Army for nine years on active duty, and currently holds the rank of lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. He recently returned from one year of active duty in Iraq, where he served as Chief of Procurement and Fiscal Law and Legal Advisor to the Chief Engineer in Theater, and was awarded a Bronze Star Medal for his service. |
